I am Sarah Clarke a Raiser’s Edge Consultant and Business Analyst. I managed the Raiser’s Edge database for over 10 years at Cancer Research UK. I also worked on CRUK’s CRM programme and as a result, I have business analysis skills as well as database management expertise.

I believe a key aspect of using and maximising The Raiser’s Edge for any organisation is not just understanding the software but, as importantly, understanding what the charity wants and therefore knowing how the database can be configured and used to meet those requirements. I can work with charities and not-for-profit organisations to help them achieve this.

I have worked with all aspects of fundraising, including: direct marketing, community fundraising, major giving, corporate, trusts, individual giving, event fundraising, legacy marketing and volunteer management. I am also a specialist in associated processes such as income processing, gift aid claims, direct debit claims and data importing.
